Prices may change without notice. The price charged is the price shown at the time you place your order, as confirmed in your order confirmation email. Prices shown are in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST unless otherwise stated. Shipping costs are shown at checkout.

Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers or circumstances outside our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon handover to the carrier.

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Article 9 -- Shopify

Our store is powered by Shopify. All transactions are between you and Curavitals. Shopify is not a party to any purchase you make and is not responsible for products or services sold through this store.
